Install Permatrix from AppExchange, open it, and click Start 7-day Pro trial in the header. Every Pro feature switches on for seven days. When it ends you're back on Free, and nothing you did is lost.
Click Buy Pro, tell us which org it's for and choose monthly or annual billing. You'll go straight to your invoice to pay by card or bank transfer, and Pro switches on in that org as soon as the payment clears.
Yes. Every order and renewal comes with a QuickBooks invoice by email, so it's easy to pass to accounts payable. Renewals are invoiced a week before the period ends; if a renewal stays unpaid 14 days after it's due, the org goes back to Free until it's paid.
